Mission Statement

CNB Bank, Inc. (CNB), a subsidiary of CNB Financial Services, Inc., is a commercial bank organized for profit to provide financial services to the individuals and businesses of our market area. Our mission is to meet the financial needs for the communities in a manner that will continue the bank's long history of sound earnings and return on shareholders' investment, protect depositors' funds and preserve the value of the bank over the long term.

President’s Message

In todays environment customers and businesses are concerned about the financial strength of their bank. Strength in a community bank is measured by its capital ratios and our customers can be assured that CNB Bank, Inc. has very strong capital ratios. Capital is a key measure of a bank's financial health and is the "cushion" for potential losses, which protect the banks depositors. Our ratios all remain well above regulatory standards for well capitalized banks.

CNB's success since 1934 has been a direct result of our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and convenience to our customers, sound banking principles and meeting the financial needs of our community. We continue to be focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers and to provide the financial services that will help keep our communities strong and growing. CNB is one of a few remaining local community banks in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and western Maryland. CNB has six full service community-banking offices, two in Morgan County, and three in Berkeley County and one in Hancock, Maryland. The Bank offers a full array of financial services consisting of lending, deposit, Investment Management and Trust Services. Our decisions are made right here, not in some corporate office far away. CNB Bank, Inc. continues to invest in technology that will allow us to offer new services and products to our customers by making their banking easier, more convenient and faster. We will not allow it to replace the core value of the personal customer service that CNB Bank, Inc. is noted for. We have a dedicated and knowledgeable staff who pride themselves on providing a high level of Quality Customer Service "QCS". Also, we share, with all our area citizens, vested interest in community betterment. Therefore, our staff is involved in organizations throughout our community giving both financial and volunteer support to make the Eastern Panhandle and Western Maryland a better place to live.

We believe that community banking is here to stay and that CNB can continue to make a difference in the quality of life of our neighbors and in our communities. It is very important for communities to have a local independent community bank where customers can find financial solutions delivered by people they know and trust. As a community bank, we have a familiarity with and understanding of our customers that large national and regional banks just can't match.
