CNB offers its customers 24 hour access ATMs that accepts MasterCard, Star, Cirrus and Plus. Customers can get account balances, conduct account transfers and withdrawal cash from the machine. CNB has an ATM at each of our branch locations.

Through The Community Bank ATM Network CNB customers will be able to utilize Bank of Charles Town's and Jefferson Security Bank's ATM machines without incurring any fees. Choose from 15 ATM locations throughout the Eastern Panhandle.

Additionally, through a special sharing agreement CNB customers will be able to utilize various ATM machines throughout the State of West Virginia without incurring any fees.

We've Added More ATMs - Service Charge Free! CNB customers can use any Sheetz ATM free of charge. That means you can now access your money at 3 new locations in Martinsburg, 5 in Hagerstown, 3 in Morgantown, 5 in Winchester, 1 in Charles Town, Inwood, Hancock, Williamsport, Berkeley Springs and any of the 300+ Sheetz locations in MD, WV, VA, PA, NC and OH.
